Client Update: #beaconhillchd

IMG_1254 For the past year I've been working with clients in Boston.  At first, we gutted their Beacon Hill condominium to update the utilities, raise the ceiling, refinish the floor and restore some of the residence's architectural details.  Over the summer I had the opportunity to begin decorating the home and I'm flying East tomorrow to continue the process.  We'll be adding rugs, accessories, accent pieces and, of course, some indoor botanicals.  Follow my search as I Instagram potential items for this project at #beaconhillchd.  It will be fun to have you along! wallpaperIMG_1229

Lovely Lately: No Rules

a361391ba72229f5a5b96500351f963f There are no rules in these spaces and I like that.  Carefully selected furnishings and accessories speak to the personality and experiences of their owner, not to a particular trend or style, which ultimately makes them classics in their own right.  By paying close attention to details through arranged curiosities, vignettes, mixed shapes and bold colors, these homes have an added dimension that pulls one in wanting to know more about the who, what, where and when about it all. casa_dirk_mexico_459989977_919x1200
